Zero-Tolerance Policy
Hygge Ventures Group Wellness Transit maintains and enforces a zero-tolerance policy prohibiting drivers from using, possessing, or operating a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating substances. Drivers are prohibited from providing transportation services while impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs, or any other intoxicating substance that could affect their ability to safely operate a vehicle or provide transportation. Passenger safety is our highest priority. Any suspected violation will be taken seriously and investigated in accordance with our company policies and applicable requirements.

Passengers who believe a driver may be operating under the influence of an intoxicating substance may report the concern immediately.

Information to Provide
When reporting a concern, passengers should provide as much information as possible, including the date/time of the trip, vehicle information, driver information if known, and a description of the concern. All reports will be taken seriously and handled in accordance with our safety, incident-reporting, and disciplinary policies.
Estimated Private-Pay Rates
Our private-pay NEMT rates are based primarily on trip distance and
are intended to provide customers with a general estimate before booking.

Round-Trip Transportation
Round-trip transportation is available and will be quoted based on the total trip distance, scheduled return time, waiting time, and other applicable trip details.
Waiting Time
15 minutes of waiting time is included. After the included waiting period, additional waiting time may be charged at: $25 per 30 minutes
Additional Charges
Depending on the trip, additional charges may apply for: ✓ Extended-distance transportation ✓ Excessive waiting time ✓ Tolls incurred during the trip ✓ Special scheduling requirements ✓ Additional stops or changes to the original booking
Important Pricing Notice
All rates displayed on this website are estimates and are not guaranteed final fares. The final price for each trip will be determined based on the specific trip details provided during booking, including pickup and destination locations, mileage, trip type, waiting time, additional stops, and any applicable additional charges. Accepted Forms of Payment Hygge Ventures Group Wellness Transit accepts major credit and debit cards and other approved electronic payment methods. Payment arrangements must be confirmed at the time of booking. For eligible trips covered by an approved transportation broker or healthcare program, payment is handled according to that program’s authorization and billing requirements. Private-pay fares, additional mileage, waiting time, tolls, and other applicable charges will be communicated before transportation whenever possible. Wheelchair-accessible transportation may be available upon request. Please contact us in advance to discuss your transportation needs and vehicle availability. Our primary service at launch is ambulatory non-emergency medical transportation. We do not provide stretcher or ambulance transportation.
